Welcome to Summer I Parent / Child League
In case you are worried about weather and our protocol, this is just a quick note to let you know what happens when we get bad weather. I will get all the info out to you ASAP so all players will be safe. Here are the steps.
We make a play / no play decision 1 1/2 hours before game time the day of weather. This is to give us the most up to date and accurate info possible.
We will send out an email to all current players to the emails that were used to sign up. Please share with your teams in case they did not receive the email.
We will post our "GAMES ARE ON" or "GAMES ARE CANCELLED" message at the top of the schedule page for that day.
Thank you for your patience, I truly hate canceling games, but player safety is always the most important.
